Motor Vehicle Technician (Level 2/3)
Location: DML Cars, Leadgate, Consett, DH8 7RL
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
DML Cars is currently seeking a qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Motor Vehicle Technician to join our experienced team in Leadgate. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is passionate about vehicle maintenance and repair, and eager to grow in a supportive, supervised workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Routine servicing and maintenance
Brake system repairs and checks
Exhaust fitting
Tyre fitting and inspections
General mechanical duties as required but not to level of timing belts and clutches
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
Workshop experience preferred
Must be punctual, reliable and tidy with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
